Great opportunity: we are hiring a HGV driver in DeKalb County, Georgia. You will work at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel On a typical shift you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels.
