Powder spray gun operator wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Franklin County, Tennessee. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
