Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Crowley County, Colorado. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
