Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Madison County, Alabama. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Your main tasks: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
