Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Reno County, Kansas. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. Day to day you will follow the work instruction sheet for each station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. You should have: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Punctual with reliable attendance • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Six days a week, one day off.
