Immediate opening: fitter on the line (Montana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Fergus County, Montana. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred The role involves: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
