Urgent requirement: hydraulic crane operator (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Buchanan County, Iowa. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. You will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
