Gas pipe fitter • Pickaway County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Pickaway County, Ohio. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. On a typical shift you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Driving licence for travel between sites Full-time, day shift. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
