Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Gregory County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 4+ years on the tools preferred.
