Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar worker in Stanislaus County, California. On the job you will handle: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
