Safety officer — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Jefferson County, Texas. The role involves run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift.
