Aluminium tig welder — Crisp County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Crisp County, Georgia. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection 5+ years on the tools preferred.
