The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Rotating shifts.
