Urgent requirement: lawn care technician (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Mercer County, West Virginia. You will be based at a private estate garden. What we are looking for: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers The role involves: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
