Now hiring: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in North Lincolnshire, England. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Day-to-day duties: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £2,750 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
