Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Nantucket County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
