Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Midland County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls You will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
