Gas appliance installer wanted in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Rivers State. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Day-to-day duties: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦750 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
