Quality assurance assistant — San Saba County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in San Saba County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges The role involves: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
