Join our team: we are hiring a garment presser in Aberdeen City, Scotland. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory The role involves use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
