Gas meter installer wanted in Rensselaer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Rensselaer County, New York. On a typical shift you will fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations 5+ years on the tools preferred.
