Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Monroe County, Georgia. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Your main tasks: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture You should have: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Valid driving licence for field call-outs We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
