Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
