Immediate opening: cake decorator (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Perkins County, South Dakota. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
