Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Franklin County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
