You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
