Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Baker County, Georgia. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) On the job you will handle: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
