Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Wilkes County, North Carolina. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine You will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam.
