Now hiring: we are hiring a garment machinist in Gulf County, Florida. You will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
