Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £1,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
