Now hiring: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Canyon County, Idaho. The job is at a busy garment factory. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently On a typical shift you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
