Argon arc welder • Pocahontas County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Pocahontas County, Iowa. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. On a typical shift you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
