What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE On a typical shift you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
