Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
