Join our team: we are hiring a production line operative in Caroline County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. Your main tasks: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
