Line cook — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Jefferson County, Indiana. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
