Rebar fixer • Bee County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Bee County, Texas. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Your main tasks: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
