Vacancy available: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Hickory County, Missouri. You will work at a bathroom renovation job. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines The role involves: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency Six days a week, one day off.
