Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Garvin County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
