Plastering hand • Fisher County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plastering hand in Fisher County, Texas. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish 1+ years on the tools preferred.
