Rebar fixer wanted in Sagadahoc County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Sagadahoc County, Maine. The role involves: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
