Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Hughes County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
