Join our team: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in South Gloucestershire, England. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
