Industrial sewing operator — Winn Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Winn Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day to day you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
