Split AC fitter wanted in Gwinnett County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The job is at an HVAC contractor's workshop. On the job you will handle: • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum Requirements: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
