Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid digital tachograph card The role involves: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
