We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Columbia County, Washington. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade On the job you will handle: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
