The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred.
