Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Inverclyde, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
