We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Washington County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
